CONFIRMATION EXPERIENCE 2026

What is confirmation?

Confirmation is a safe space for youth to ask tough questions, to wrestle with their faith, & to have fun learning about God together. It’s a step in a life-long journey of pursuing the heights, depths, and breadth of God’s love!

What should I expect?

You should expect to have fun while growing in faith through biblical lessons, activities, videos, and new & meaningful friendships. We will cover a wide variety of topics from the life of Jesus to our purpose as Christ-followers, from creation to church history, baptism to salvation, & so much more. We’ll look at how are faith can inform our lives & transform our world!

Who is involved in confirmation?

Confirmation is for youth, ages 12 & up, who are ready to take the next step in their relationship with God! The Experience is led by our Associate Pastor, Rev. Jess Williams, & our Family Ministries Coordinator, Berenice Lazo.

WhAT IS THE SCHEDULE?

This year’s CONFIRMATION EXPERIENCE will begin on Sunday, February 15th, from 12:15pm-1:15pm in the Bride’s Room (off the Sanctuary lobby) and run for six weeks. On Palm Sunday (March 29), Youth will help lead worship at 11:00am during Sit-Together Sunday. In addition, there will be a Confirmation Service Project (date to be determined), and the journey will culminate at the Confirmation Celebration in the 11:00am service on EASTER SUNDAY, April 5th!
